Massaging hydro bath, with premium shampoo and conditioner. Leave in conditioner, blow wave & fluff dried. Brushed and fully combed through. Nails Trimmed, Ears Cleaned, and plucked or trimmed. Full body Clip and Scissor finish. For your convenience, there is a now drop-down menu for coat length with the recommended time required between grooms to maintain that length. Please choose length based on your pet's lifestyle and your ability to maintain their coat between grooms. Naturally, results depend on the type and condition of the coat.

Cancellation Policy

As a small business, missed appointments and no-shows affect our weekly income significantly. We need a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule a booking. Due to a rise in late cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals, all bookings require a deposit to be paid to secure an appointment. Cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit and you will be required to pay for the remainder of the missed groom. Please put a reminder on your phone. I groom one dog at a time to give your dog the best experience possible, so please respect my time. If you don't turn up, or cancel late then there is no time to fill your spot. Consistent no-shows and last-minute rescheduling will not be permitted to re-book services.
